Refund Policy

 START RETURN

As long as items are in their original condition and packaging, we accept returns within 45 days after the delivery date. Returns can be refunded to your original method of payment or issued as store credit (if requested).

U.S. Returns

Mail-in and in-person Happy Returns Bar returns have a $6.99 return shipping fee. Returns are FREE if you choose store credit.

  • If you choose store credit, you’ll also receive an additional $5 bonus store credit on top of your refund amount.

You can also choose the Shop Now option to use your store credit immediately.

If you select the Shop Later option, the Store credit is issued and available to use as soon as your return is dropped off at a Happy Returns location or received by our returns team if you choose to mail in your item(s).

International Returns

Mail-in returns have a $6.99 processing fee, which is waived if you choose store credit.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

We do not provide return labels for international orders.

  • If you choose store credit, you will receive the additional $5 bonus store credit, and the $6.99 fee will be waived (return shipping costs are still the customer’s responsibility).

When returning a product to the U.S., please follow these steps to avoid additional duty charges:

  1. Customs Documentation:

    Ensure your customs paperwork clearly states:

    “U.S. GOODS RETURNED – no change in value or condition, HTS 9801.00.10.”

  2. Proof of Original Shipment:

    Include your original order invoice or airway bill as proof that the product was originally shipped from the U.S.

Following these steps helps ensure customs recognizes your package as a return, preventing you from being charged import duties again.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be in original condition and include all packaging, cases, and inserts.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be shipped or dropped off within 30 days to remain eligible.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Important: Some items require special handling. Prescription orders, Degree Seven styles, Free Mystery Pair gifts, and BOGO sale items must be returned by mail and cannot be accepted at Happy Returns Bar locations.
