Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for all products as long as items are unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
Customers may choose either:

Refund to the original payment method (return fee applies), or

Store credit, which processes fastest and waives the return fee.
Return Fees
A $6.99 return fee applies for all mail-in returns and Happy Returns drop-offs. This fee is waived when you choose store credit.
Return Requirements
- Items must be in original condition and include all packaging, cases, and inserts.
- Shipping charges and Green Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable.
- Returns must be shipped or dropped off within 30 days to remain eligible.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Important: Some items require special handling. Prescription orders, Degree Seven styles, Free Mystery Pair gifts, and BOGO sale items must be returned by mail and cannot be accepted at Happy Returns Bar locations.
International Returns:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping, and a return label will not be provided.
When returning a product to the U.S., please follow these steps to avoid additional duty charges:

Customs Documentation:
Ensure your customs paperwork clearly states:
“U.S. GOODS RETURNED – no change in value or condition, HTS 9801.00.10.”

Proof of Original Shipment:
Include your original order invoice or airway bill as proof that the product was originally shipped from the U.S.
Following these steps helps ensure customs recognizes your package as a return, preventing you from being charged import duties again.
