START RETURN

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as items are in original condition and packaging. You can choose a refund to your original payment method or opt for store credit, which is processed faster and does not require the 4-5 business days needed for payment processing.

• Return Fee: A $6.99 fee applies for mail-in and Happy Returns. This is waived if you choose store credit.

Starting a Return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Shipping charges and Green Shipping Protection are non-refundable.
• Returns must be shipped or dropped off within 30 days to avoid expiration.
• Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Prescription Returns:

• Return prescription orders within 30 days if in original packaging.
• Refund to Payment Method: $9.99 restocking/shipping fee.
• Orders Over $300: If returning 50% or more of the order, a $29.99 fee applies.
• Store Credit: Free and fastest processing.

Note: Prescription orders cannot be returned in person at Happy Return Bars.

International Returns:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping, and a return label will not be provided.

When returning a product to the U.S., please follow these steps to avoid additional duty charges:

1. Customs Documentation:

   Ensure your customs paperwork clearly states:

   “U.S. GOODS RETURNED – no change in value or condition, HTS 9801.00.10.”

2. Proof of Original Shipment:

   Include your original order invoice or airway bill as proof that the product was originally shipped from the U.S.

Following these steps helps ensure customs recognizes your package as a return, preventing you from being charged import duties again.
