What should I do if the tracking shows my order was delivered, but I haven't received it?

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it yet, it might be a carrier issue. Packages often show up a few days after the delivery confirmation. Please wait 3 business days to see if it arrives.

If it still doesn't show up after 3 business days, reach out to us. We'll follow up with you by email to help sort things out and discuss reshipping your order if needed.

We ship from Scottsdale, AZ.

When will my order ship?

Usually all orders ship within 1-2 business days. Excluding prescription, prescription eyewear requires 14-20 business days for processing.

When will my order arrive?

Domestic Shipping:

  • USPS First Class: 4-6 business days.
  • FedEx Express: 2-3 business days.
  • Free Shipping: Available on U.S. orders over $65 via USPS First Class (excludes Hawaii and Puerto Rico).
  • All orders ship from Scottsdale, Arizona.
  • Processing Time: 24-48 hours. *Excluding Prescription.
  • Prescription Processing Time: 14-20 business days.


International Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: Rates based on package weight, calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by country (8-14 business days).
  • FedEx International Express: Rates calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by country (2-8 business days).
  • Free Shipping: Available on international orders over $90 USD.
  • Tracking is included with all shipments.
What is your return policy?

As long as items are in their original condition and packaging, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
