What should I do if the tracking shows my order was delivered, but I haven't received it?

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it yet, it might be a carrier issue. Packages often show up a few days after the delivery confirmation. Please wait 3 business days to see if it arrives.

If it still doesn't show up after 3 business days, reach out to us. We'll follow up with you by email to help sort things out and discuss reshipping your order if needed.

Where do you ship from?

Most orders ship directly from our headquarters location in Scottsdale, Arizona.

For faster delivery to some eastern states, we also partner with a trusted third-party fulfillment center. Select single-item orders with specific SKUs may ship from this facility. All other orders will continue to ship from Scottsdale.

When will my order ship?

Usually all orders ship within 1-2 business days. Excluding prescription, prescription eyewear requires 14-20 business days for processing.

What is your return policy?

As long as items are in their original condition and packaging, we accept returns within 45 days of delivery.
