Fit Guide
The secret to a great fit starts with one number: the hinge-to-hinge width of your frames. Grab a ruler and a pair of sunglasses you already love, that's all you need.
THE KEY MEASUREMENT: HINGE-TO-HINGE WIDTH
Narrow: 124-129mm / 4.9-5.1 inches
The right size frames should have a width of within 4mm of what you measured from hinge to hinge or between your temples.
Many eyeglasses have three numbers that you can find on the inside of the arms. The first is the glasses lens width, the second is the nose bridge width, and the third is the temple length.
Medium: 130-138mm / 5.1-5.4 inches

WIDE: 139-150mm / 5.5-5.9 inches

TEMPLE LENGTH
This is the measurement from the hinge to the tip that sits behind your ear. A longer temple keeps frames more secure; shorter temples sit closer to the face. Most adults fall between 138–148mm.
OTHER KEY MEASUREMENTS
These three measurements fine-tune the rest of your fit. You'll find them all printed on the inside of your frame arm.
Lens Width — the width of each individual lens
Bridge Width — the space between the lenses, where it rests on your nose
Temple Length — the length of the arm from hinge to tip, determining how far it wraps behind your ear.
