How much does this cost?

The vision renewal test is $12.50. You can pay with your FSA or HSA card directly through Visibly at checkout.

Am I eligible for prescription renewal?

You'll need to be between 18–55 years old, have no health conditions affecting your vision, and have your current prescription on hand — this is a renewal service, so it's not for first-time prescriptions. Your prescription also needs to fall within Visibly's supported range.

Supported ranges:

  • SPH: −0.25 to −12.00 (myopic) or +0.25 to +6.00 (hyperopic)
  • CYL: −0.25 to −5.00
  • ADD: +0.25 to +4.00
Is Visibly available in my state?

Visibly is not currently available in Alaska, Delaware, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, or West Virginia.

How long does it take to get my results?

Once you complete your test, a licensed eye doctor reviews it and your renewed prescription is emailed to you within 48–72 hours.
