How do I order prescription glasses online?

Choose your frame, select your lens options, and provide your prescription information during the ordering process.

What prescription information do I need?

You’ll need a valid prescription and your pupillary distance (PD), which is the distance between the centers of your pupils. Your eye doctor can provide a copy of your prescription.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes! Prescription eyewear is HSA/FSA eligible. You can use an eligible HSA or FSA card or submit your receipt for reimbursement, depending on your plan.

How long will my prescription glasses take to arrive?

Prescription orders take 8-15 days to make before shipping. We’ll send you tracking information once your order is on its way.

What if my glasses don’t fit or my prescription doesn’t feel right?

If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help. Contact us within 45 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help you with the next steps.
