    Glasses were not accurate as per the prescription. No customer care support over the phone even though it is disclosed. It says free returns and exchanges but there is a return and replacement fee

    Prescription lenses

    Prescription is wrong, good thing there is a return policy. Love the Tate frames, will purchase again I. Hopes that the prescription is correct.
