    Customer service…

    I’ve ordered a few of the Francis design and love them. Most recently, I ordered the black option and when they arrived, they were crooked. I emailed WMP and they asked for photos. I sent photos illustrating the issue and writhing a couple hours, they had processed an order for a replacement pair. I love the WMP Francis sunglasses and I love the customer service equally as much!
