Since this was a promotion, I decided to purchase two of the Esme sunnies as gifts. However, when I finished my purchase, only one pair of sunnies were on the receipt. I immediately contacted customer service and told them of my issue. The response was almost immediate through an AI. I’m not sure if a person took over at the end but most my communication was with an AI. My original purchase was canceled, credited, and I was sent a new code for the promo, buy one get one free. I received the two pair of sunglasses 6 days later. I may have to get a pair for myself because they look fabulous!
I’ve purchased other WMP sunglasses before without issues. This was the first time I ran into a problem, but I’m happy to say it was resolved within 24 hours. 10+ customer service!! I really love WMP sunnies as they are fashionable and cost effective. And now I know their customer service is amazing!
