    Loose lenses

    I like the glasses but the quality on the lenses isn’t there for me. I ordered a pair and the lenses wiggled around in the frame so I exchanged them for the same pair and they have the same problem with the loose lenses

    Exceeded expectations

    My original pair was lost, mangled, or whatever. All I received after over 2 weeks was a piece of the cardboard shipping box with my name and address and the WMP return address on it in a clear bag from USPS basically saying sorry, but this stuff happens. I contacted WMP support and explained what happened. They immediately replaced the glasses no charge to me. I just received them today. Was hesitant about the Garnet color when I ordered them, but I love the color. The quality of the glasses and your customer service far exceeded my expectations. These are my 5th pair of WMP’s and they are all by far the best I have owned. Thank you!! You have a customer for life.
