The right size frames should have a width of within 4mm of what you measured from hinge to hinge or between your temples.

Many eyeglasses have three numbers that you can find on the inside of the arms. The first is the glasses lens width, the second is the nose bridge width, and the third is the temple length. Or, look for a size chart in the product description on the brand's website.

    I love the glasses, the lenses are a great size for my face. Unfortunately the frames are too big every time I bend over or look down they fall off. I’ve tried to tighten them but they are as tight as they will go already. And it’s very annoying so I really don’t wear them. Which is sad because I have another style in my cart that I wanted to purchase but don’t think I will because I’m afraid I’ll have the same issue.
